I don't think there should be any more promotions for now, but I do believe demotions should be looked at. The entire community shouldn't be part of the staff. Just my opinion.

I don't think anybody should be promoted AT THIS TIME, however once a few people are demoted I believe that DarkElement should be looked at for a promotion. He stays active and has given good feedback for the site.
